Banana Bread

Who can resist banana bread? This mix forms a slightly crunchy outside and a soft, tender inside.

These can also be made into banana muffins. Just follow the directions on the bag, use a lightly greased muffin tin (don't use muffin papers), and cut the baking time in half.

Pumpkin Doughnut Muffin (temporarily unavailable)

The Pumpkin Doughnut Muffin is a soft, moist muffin which can also be made into a baked doughnut, hence the name. I dare you to try and resist these muffins. The smell alone is intoxicating!

Pumpkin Cookies

These pumpkin cookies are cakey which means they rise rather than spread. They are easy to make and they stay moist.

Use one of these mixes to make pumpkin bars. Just spread the batter into a lightly greased 8 X 8 pan. So good!

Molasses Cookies (available June 2012)

There is just something about biting into a good molasses cookie: the crispy outside, the moist inside, and the combination sweet-spicy taste. Try these and you may find a convenient reason to eat the whole batch.

Chocolate Doughnuts

These baked doughnuts, which can also be made into brownies, are great both freshly baked or out of the freezer.
They are sure to become your new favorite. And did I mention they are chocolate?

These can also be made as chocolate drop cookies. Spread a little frosting between two of these soft, thin cookies and you have your own Oreos!
